dc.description.abstractIn a lot of cases in the structural design for civil structures, the architectural design gives the shape of the structure. The same case is when the structure has the circular columns with frames on both directions. We are in a seismic zone, where are necessary to analyze the structure having a ductile design and the structure shall provide an adequate energy dissipation capacity. The structure must respect the conditions from P100-2006 Norm, point 5.2.3.3.2, for a ductile behavior.en_US
