Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are more than just interconnection structures, but rather passive circuits that influence the quality of signals they carry. Especially for high speed designs, the parasitic capacitances and inductances introduced by the PCB traces cannot be ignored, as they have a significant impact on both the signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility of the designed circuit. This paper presents a new method for fast evaluation of those parasitics, which aims to offer the accuracy of field solving simulations at the speed of analytical estimations.en_US
