dc.description.abstractThe present paper proposes a digital device architecture for microarray image processing and acquisition which takes advantage of parallel computation capabilities offered by FPGA technology. A microarray image process described by the steps filtering, image enhancement and segmentation was implemented using FPGA technology.en_US
