| Abstract: | Starting with 2005, Aquacaras is the regional operating company for the water and sewerage system in the Caras-Severin County. for major investment programmes, Aquacaras applied for external funds. The water-sewerage master plan has a value of 107.779,61 Euro for the phase 1, an implementation period to 2015 and propose the Cohesion Fund as a financing source. The Cohesion Fund, available through the Environmental Sectorial Operational Programme represents the main financing source for the urban and rural localities. |
