dc.description.abstractThis paper is focused on the simulation of the effect of the geometry of the quantum Rectangular Double Barrier (RDB) structures about the transmission and reflection coefficient of them, in view of obtained electronics devices with good transmission performances. The theoretical base of this study is finding out in the Generalized Impedance Method (GIM) and the practical simulation is realized using PHP and JAVA scripts. This simulation shows that, the transmission performances of these devices can by easy modified by the changing of the height and thickness sizes of the potential barriers and quantum well.en_US
