Improvement of transient stability of Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG)-Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) utilizing a novel hybrid technique is exhibited in this paper. The hybrid technique is the combination of adaptive neuro fuzzy interference system (ANFIS) plus bat search algorithm (BSA) named as ANFBSA strategy. Here, the proposed ANFBSA technique is made to tune the controllers of a DFIG-WECS. The BSA technique is joined to create the dataset of possible PI gain parameters in the offline way. The ANFIS is trained by utilizing the BSA based exact solution dataset and predicts the control signals in the online way. The procedure is optimized to enhance the performance of the WECS under different operating conditions. Likewise, the proposed method considers multiple parameters which are identify with the transient stability, for example, variable wind speed, measured speed, real and reactive power, threshold rotor speed respectively. Along these lines, the transient stability and control strategies of system are improved additionally the complexity is reduced with the assistance of the proposed ANFBSA technique. Now, in the MATLAB/Simulink platform the proposed ANFBSA technique is executed and the performance is assessed utilizing existing techniques like Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Bat Search Algorithm (BSA).en_US
