dc.description.abstract |
This paper presents a novel method of eyes
detection on color images of human faces, by using
cellular neural networks. Based only on first order
interconnections it is easily hard implementable.
Experiments made on a standard database show that the
cellular neural networks algorithm is fast and reliable. |
