The work presents the possibility of using
CMOS current conveyors for high speed application. It
is used a simple current conveyor bidirectional, selfbiased, where the static current is not imposed by
auxiliary current sources. One shows the deduction of
the self-biasing current equation, which depends
especially on the transistor channel width and the
supply voltage. The simulation results are presented
which confirm the correct and precise calculation and
behavior of these conveyors and. |
