Digital medical images require that information quality cannot be comphromised. With increasing demands to communicate these types of images over wireless systems, the need to verify image integrity is mandatory. This paper develops a technique using embedded watermarking to verify that important detail has not been comphromised as a result of incidental degradation or unexpected compression. |
