dc.description.abstract |
Mobile Robot for Warehouse Automation is design of a system comprising of Mobile Robots and a Control System to move and deliver racks from one place of warehouse to another in an efficient and effective manner. The control system assigns the task to the Mobile Robot from a remote Server Room. The Robot navigates its way through a grid system based on RFID tags placed on the warehouse floor at equidistant positions. Each RFID tag represents a unique location in the warehouse which is virtually mapped in Control system software. |
