Abstract:
The thesis purposes to present some new dc-dc converter topologies, with their dc and ac models, the last one being useful in controller design. From three quadratic boost converters proposed by dr. Zhou, six other converters are derived and then analysed. Furthermore, the new stacked buck and boost converters are analysed in detail and a generalization is provided. A controller design technique with a reduction of the order for the transfer function has been revealed. Finally, two methods for transfer function computation in case of a capacitive loop in one topological state are disclosed, with application to several type of converters.
