This paper proposes a denoising method that associates the Hyperanalytic Wavelet Transform (HWT) with a Maximum A Posteriori (MAP) filter named bishrink. The method is tested on Optical coherence tomography (OCT) images. The experimental results prove that the denoising algorithm can effectively reduce the speckle noise, while preserving the structural and textural features and improves the quality of OCT images.en_US
