Abstract:
The quality and high reliability has to be maintained to deliver the electrical power without interrupt. Hence the Location of fault point accurately is very essential. In this paper, different algorithms are proposed for fault classification and identifying the fault location. The Artificial Neural network, GA-ANFIS, DWT + GA-ANFIS algorithms are proposed to identify the fault point at different inception angles, different fault resistance and different location. The system uses the voltage and current one end of transmission line.
